InfraLogic offers a variety of service agreements to our customers. Price and offering will always be adapted to the requirements for response time and interval. The following packages are offered:
Standard package:
Call and online-diagnostics in office hours 8am-5pm. Response time from call to start of troubleshooting is 1 hour.
Elite package :
Call and online-diagnostics 24/7.. Response time from call to start of troubleshooting is 1/2 hour on week days and 1 hour in week ends.
